Sales Coordinator
Working as a Sales Coordinator in the Distribution industry will give you the chance to spread your creative wings. Qualifications
We are looking for an experienced Sales Coordinator to support our Sales staff. Candidates must have at least three years Administrative Assistant experience in a distribution environment, preferably as Sales support. Strong excel experience a must.

Excellent organizational and time management skills

Strong oral and written communication skills, including telephone communications

Maintains painstaking attention to detail, completing multiple or repetitive tasks.

Demonstrates a serious commitment to accuracy and quality while meeting goals or deadlines.

Expert knowledge in computer software including Internet Technologies, Web Portal Management, Customer Relationship Management Software, QuickBooks, Outlook, Word, Excel, Power Point, and Database Systems

Excellent math, spelling, grammar and proofreading skills

Ability to work in a fast paced environment handling tasks simultaneously and within the required deadlines.

Able to handle task prioritization as situations change

Essential Responsibilities
Duties will include but are not limited to the following:

Effectively maintains appointment schedules. Plans and schedules meetings, conferences, and travel.

Ability to plan travel arrangements that take into account individual preferences, budget, and time constraints.

Prepare sales orders (check all details, shipping information, pricing, customer information).

Arrange all shipping, including expediting trucking companies and preparation of shipping documentation and labels.

Keep accurate stock inventory records

Review all complete orders and process for billing.

Maintain website content through content management system
